Traditional Chinese Medicine

I don’t simply try to understand what is causing you discomfort.
I also seek to understand how your body reached this point.

Recurring pain.
Persistent fatigue.
Sleep that is no longer restorative.
Digestive issues.
Constant stress.
Or simply the feeling that your body is no longer quite in balance.

The body has an incredible ability to adapt.

But when it can no longer do so, it often begins to send us signals.

To me, those signals have meaning.

Before trying to make them disappear, I want to understand what the body is trying to express.

An approach that considers the whole person

This is precisely what appealed to me when I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine.

It does not focus solely on the symptom.

It seeks to understand the person as a whole.

Their lifestyle.
Their sleep.
Their diet.
Their emotions.
Their environment.
Their history.

Because all of these factors can contribute to the imbalance the body is expressing today.

This holistic vision perfectly reflects the way I practice.

A practice with many tools

I never choose a technique simply out of habit.

A philosophy that continues to inspire me

It reminds me that pain is not always an enemy that needs to be silenced.

Sometimes, it is a message.

An invitation to slow down.
To rebalance certain habits.
To look differently at what the body is trying to express.

After all these years, this way of looking at the body continues to inspire me every day in my practice.
