I want to understand you before I focus on your concern

Perhaps you have already searched for answers.
Perhaps you have tried several approaches.
Perhaps you are living with recurring pain, persistent fatigue, changes in your body, or simply the feeling that it is time to take better care of yourself.

Whatever your story…

You are not your symptom.

This is always where I begin.

Care begins with listening.

When you walk through the door of my practice, I do not immediately think about which treatment I am going to perform.

I first think about the person in front of me.

I welcome you. We sit down. We take the time to talk.

I listen to you. I ask questions. I try to understand what you are experiencing, what concerns you, what your body is expressing, but also what your personal story may reveal.

Then I often say:

“If I have understood correctly, you are here today because…”

Because understanding is, in my view, the first step in caring for you.

No two stories are the same

That is why I never work according to a single standardised protocol.

For more than ten years, I have continued to train and expand my practice through a range of approaches: Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, Tuina, body contouring, lymphatic drainage, sound therapy…

Each of these techniques has value.

But none of them is an answer on its own.

I always choose the approach that seems most appropriate for the person you are and for what you need at the time we meet.

I am not attached to one method.
I am committed to the person in front of me.

I designed my practice as a place where you can feel genuinely welcomed and finally slow down.

Light.
Warmth.
Comfort.
Music.
Time.

What I hope at the end of every consultation is not simply that you feel better.

I hope you leave feeling that you have truly been understood.
A little lighter.
A little calmer.
With the feeling that someone has genuinely taken the time to listen to you.
If that is the case…

Then I will have done my job.

This is the conviction that has guided me for more than ten years.
