Kobido
Kobido is often described as a massage. For me, it is first and foremost a true art of facial contouring.
I turned to Kobido for one very simple reason.
Some of the people I was supporting with Acu-Lifting wanted to continue their facial care, but were looking for a different approach, without the use of needles.
I wanted to be able to offer them an alternative that was just as precise and demanding, but more comfortable.
That is how I discovered Kobido.
And I immediately knew it would have a place in my practice.

Through a sequence of precise movements, varied rhythms and adapted pressures, it naturally supports tissue mobility, tone and facial expression.
Behind the apparent fluidity of the movements lies a particularly demanding technique that requires a great deal of practice and precision.
Today, this technique has become completely natural to me.
I can therefore focus fully on you, your comfort and everything I observe throughout the treatment.

What I particularly love about Kobido is that it taught me how a precise movement can become almost instinctive over time.
At first, this technique was very demanding on my hands.
My fingers were sometimes stiff, my forearms tired, and every treatment required a great deal of concentration.
Today, I can perform this treatment with great fluidity, almost with my eyes closed.
This freedom allows me to be fully present throughout the treatment.
